Go to Dashboard >>Plugins

Search for PDF Embedder. Activate it:

Once activated, go back to your post. Click Add Media to insert the PDF:

 

Upload your PDF into the Media Library

Click Insert into Post

A shortcode will be created. In your post it will look like this:

Click Publish and it will be like this when you view the post (or page)
