I registered to become a member, but I didn’t receive an email confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder to see if it is there.

Are you checking the CUNY email account that you used to register?

Please note that CUNY First accounts are not actually email accounts. If you have used your CUNY First account, please re-register using your campus email account. A CUNY First login looks something like this: John.Doe97@login.cuny.edu. Using this to register will not work!
